Fox News: Iran Attacks US Forces in Jordan

Fox News correspondent Trey Yingst is reporting that U.S. forces in Jordan are under missile attack from Iran, in what he describes as retaliation for American strikes on Iranian missile launchers on Larak Island. According to Yingst, U.S. forces are actively working to intercept the incoming fire, with efforts underway to shoot down the missiles before they reach their targets. The report signals a dangerous escalation between the United States and Iran, raising the specter of a broader regional conflict. Details on casualties or damage were not immediately available. BreakFirst will continue to monitor developments as U.S. officials respond to what would mark a direct Iranian assault on American military personnel stationed in the Middle East.
